Mission 

To ensure that every individual seeking therapy are provided with high quality comprehensive services utilizing evidenced based interventions and therapeutic approaches. My goal is to create an environment where individual, couples and families can seek and achieve realistic and meaningful change in their lives.

Vision

My vision is to assist individuals, couples and families in identifying challenges, exploring strategies and applying effective techniques that will allow them to tap into their inner strength, build trust, overcome challenges, and begin the process of healing.

Philosophy

Life can be challenging for most, and everyone seeking therapy should have an opportunity to search within themselves, create a balance in their lives and heal.  

 

Notice of Privacy

True to Life Counseling Psychotherapy Services, LCSW PLLC values your business and your trust. I respect the privacy of your personal information and my responsibility to protect it. Federal and state laws are in place to protect the relationship between a client and a therapist. With some exception, your information cannot and will not be disclosed without your written permission.

Exceptions include:​

Suspected child abuse, dependent adult or elder abuse, for which I am are required by law to report to the appropriate authorities.

If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, I must notify the police and inform the intended victim. If a client intends to harm himself or herself, I will make every effort to enlist the cooperation of the client to ensure their safety.

If they do not cooperate, by law, I must take further measures without their permission to ensure their safety.
